  • We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with excellent after-sales service. All products purchased from Lilliput come with a one (1) year free repair service. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship (excluding physical damage) under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. If any issues arise within this warranty period, we will provide free repair service for your product. For any repair services beyond the warranty period, we offer competitive pricing as listed in our price list. You can trust Lilliput to provide reliable products and dependable after-sales support.

  • We want to ensure that all product returns are handled efficiently and effectively. If you need to return any products to us for servicing or troubleshooting, we ask that you please contact us via email, telephone, or fax to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending the product back to us. This helps us to process your return in a timely and accurate manner, and ensures that you receive the appropriate support for your product.
