At our company, quality is not just about the product, but the way we do production. That's why we launched a Total Quality Management (TQM) campaign back in 1998, integrating every manufacturing procedure into our TQM framework. From raw material inspection to final inspection, we adhere to strict standards like the GB2828 standard for LCD/LED panels and electronics components, ensuring that every component is carefully inspected and filtered for defects or inferiority. Our process inspection involves a range of tests, from high/low temperature to water/dust-proof, with precision and scrutiny as our guiding principles. And for final inspection, we subject all finished products to a 24-48 hour aging procedure, performing a 100% inspection of tuning, display quality, component stability, and packing, while complying with customer requirements and instructions. With certain percent of LILLIPUT products undergoing GB2828 standard before delivery, our commitment to quality is unwavering.
